The Hardanger region is filled with spectacular attractions and viewpoints. The Queen Sonjas Trail, Oksen, Husedalen/the Valley of the Waterfalls. Most of them only visited by toursits during the main seaon in Summer. But the attractions are just as impressive during the Winter season. Come and explore our spectacular nature during winter!

Description

Join us on an active tour where you get to enjoy the snow up close, wearing snowshoes on a hike, and "taste the winter". Snowshoe hiking provides a good movement and grip on a snowy surface.
You will experience a varied scenery with high snow capped mountains, crystal clear fjords and impressive frozen waterfalls. Our well qualified guides will take you on a memorable tour in a scenic winter landscape. Highlighting it with some some winter activities, bumsledding, introduce you to a basis set of tools that you can utilize to make good decisions when you are on the mountains in winter, fex avalanche risk. And also some wilderness camp training by arranging lunch by an open fire.
We will vary the program based on the condtions in the mountain.The main tours will be either the Queen Sonjas Trail, Oksen or Husedalen.

Requirements:
-Good physical condition.Please inform us of any medical conditions like asthma, epilepsy etc.
This is not a hike for People with troublesome knees
-Min. age: 15 yrs.
