Kayaking on Sandvin Lake:
Experience the tranquility of Sandvin Lake, a stunning glacier lake known for its vibrant blue and turquoise colors. The Buer farm & Buer Glacier
- Scenic Ride to Buer Farm: Experience the thrill of riding our e-bikes to the charming Buer Farm. The electric assist makes uphill rides effortless, allowing you to soak in the stunning landscapes along the way.

- 0,5 litres of water (we can fill up water on some spots along the hiking trail)

- Backpack with approximately 35 litres capacity
If rain and low temperatures are forecasted bring also:
- Woolen base layer (do not use cotton: it is freezing cold when it is wet)
- Warm mid layer
- Wind/waterproof shell pants
- Spare socks
- Beanie or headband
- Gloves
Requirements:
- Good physical condition
- Age Limit: 15 y
- Experience with e-bking for the e-bike rental. During the e-biking, follow local and international traffic laws
- For kayaking all participants must have swimming ability, and paddle license like ‘Våttkort’ or similar international courses. Absolute requirement to wear an approved personal flotation device (PFD) at all times on the water, and follow the informed paddling areas and strict not enter prohibitions areas.
- Valid Identification: Requirement to present a passport, driver's license, or national ID card upon pickup.
- Security Deposit: Notice that an amount will be reserved on your bank card during the rental period.
- Personal Risk: all activities are at the renter's own risk, and the provider is not liable for accidents or injuries.
During therental period for the e-bike:
- Locking Obligation: Absolute requirement that the bike must always be locked to an immovable object (like a bike rack) when left unattended.
Rain is not a problem when it comes to the kayak-tours,kayaking is actually the perfect activity to do in the rain. It is mainly wind and waves that are giving us restrictions for this tour, but it also depends on what direction they are coming from. We will let you know as soon as possible if we must cancel the tour due to weather conditions.
If we cancel due to weather you can choose to join another day, another activity or get a full refund. If it is too wavy for the kayak it means it is even more fun for the rib-boat!
Rental gear is given out at the Trolltunga Active Store in the center of Odda.

Via Ferrata without Guide
Important update! Trolltunga VIa Ferrata is closed due to a rockfall on the access road from Tyssedal to P2 parking in Skjeggedal. The Tyssedal VIa Ferrata is available for climbing until 8th June. The Via Ferratas are open for climbing without a guide from June to end of September. Check the calendar for exact dates, as they depend on the weather conditions. Before and after these dates the route is only available on guided tours.
