Take a snowboard course in Røldal ski center to learn new skills and have fun
We will spend the day testing different techniques and exercises. For the beginners without any experience on the snowboard we will be focusing on how to have balance on the board, taking the lift and sliding. You will learn the basics such as stopping and speed control on both heel and toe edges progressing to turns and eventually smooth “S” turns.
If you already have some experience and wish to improve then our guides can also help you progress onto more advanced skills. Whether you want to master carving and riding faster or skills to prepare you for the backcountry, we can offer you a fun and memorable day out.
The duration of the course is 2 hours and it is for max. 6 people. A private lesson can be booked for an additional fee. Røldal skisenter have a fantastic location with some of the best snow that you can find in the Hardanger region. Hope to see you in the slopes!

We normally have the course regardless of the weather. Only if the ski resort closes the lifts, the course will be cancelled. Keep in mind to dress accordingly to the weather forecast. In case it gets really cold in the ski resort, we take a break to warm up if necessary.
